8 HOME MADE FACE MASKS



8 Home-made face masks:

Are you running out of time to go and get a parlor mask, or you don’t want to infect your skin with toxic chemicals? So why don’t you use your kitchen ingredients to make a healthy and non-toxic mask at home and get a glow-y skin in less time. Here are some of the mask that will help you to hydrate your skin and give your skin a healthy and glowing look.



1.   Egg white and aloe vera mask:

®          1 egg white
®          2 tablespoons of aloe vera gel

Mix all the ingredients together and apply the mask on your skin. Let it dry and wash it off with luke warm water. It will make your skin softer due the effect of aloe vera and the egg white will tighten up your skin and helps you in looking younger. Try this mask once or twice a week for better results and you can save this mask for a month in a refrigerator.

2.   Lemon and aloe vera mask:

®          1 tablespoon of lemon juice
®          2 tablespoons of aloe vera gel
®          1 tablespoon of honey

Mix all the ingredients and apply it on your skin. Let it dry and wash it off with luke warm water. This mask is best for oily skin, the lemon in the mask helps in fighting acne and its stubborn scars and the honey in the mask makes your skin glow-y.

3.   Tomato mask cubes:

®          1 or 2 tomatoes
®          few drops of olive oil

Grind the tomatoes in a blender and add olive oil and freeze them in an ice cube tray. Then, take some frozen cubes and apply it on your whole face just before you go outside on an event or a party, it will make your skin looks fresh and glow-y in a very short time and it is best for all skin types

4.   Gram flour(Baisan) and olive oil mask:

®          2 tablespoons of gram flour(baisan)
®          few drops of olive oil

                Mix all the ingredients and add some water to make a thick paste as it can apply on your face, then apply it on your face and massage it off until it dry, then rinse it off with luke warm water. This mask is best for oily skin, it clears out all the oil from the skin (oil that your skin produces) and gives your skin a better and clearer look.

5.   Multani mitti mask:

®          multani mitti or fuller’s clay

Take some multani mitti or fuller’s clay and add some water to make some liquid-y paste and let it rest for the whole night then apply it on your face in morning, then massage it off on your face for few minutes and leave it to dry then rinse it off, it will give your skin a refreshing look

6.   Yogurt and cucumber mask:

®          half cucumber
®          2 tablespoons of yogurt
®          few drops of olive oil

Take cucumber and make a paste of it then add it with other ingredients, mix them well then apply it on your skin and massage it on your face until skin absorbed the yogurt and leave it to dry, then wash your face with water. This mask will refresh your skin and the yogurt even tone your skin.  

7.   Yogurt and turmeric mask:

®              2-3 tablespoons of yogurt
®             Half teaspoon of turmeric powder
®            Half teaspoon of coconut milk

Mix all the ingredients together and apply to your skin and massage it on your face until skin absorbed the yogurt and leave it to dry, then wash your face with water. It will help even toning, give fresh and radiant look to your skin.

8.   Green tea and honey mask:

®               1 tablespoon of green tea
®               1 tablespoon of honey
®               Few drops of lemon juice

Make green tea in half cup of water, let it boil until the water becomes half then mix all the ingredients well and give your skin a steam, so that your pores will be open, and all the dirt will be out then apply the mask apply over and over again until the mixture is finished then wash your skin with cold water. This mask will help your skin in fighting acne and gives you radiant and acne free skin.
